Booked the ticket and was told its confirmed but will take 48 hours to get eticket. After 48 hours, they called me back saying there is no ticket available while retuning so asked me to change the dates. I said no and asked them to cancel the whole damn reservation thing. When I tried to look up the prices, it increased and I had no other choice then to cancel the trip. What a mess with these guys, its hit or miss so I will say "Run" from these guys. They show one price online and when you call they give another price and will say it's confirmed and takes 48 hours to get eticket only to turnaround after 48 hours and tell you to change the dates. Nothing short of a scam or hit or miss type of situation. I went with JACK and then spoke with couple others over this 48 hours period. so many other fake names they use. RUN AND DONT BOOK THROUGH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR VACATION PLAN.
