Steer clear of this service; it's a scam, and I can't believe they're getting away with it. At first glance, the company and website seem legitimate, but they're not. The hotel has no record of my reservation, and now I've had to dispute the charge with my bank. I'm frustrated with myself for not researching the company before making my booking.
