Extremely dissatisfied with this service and would give zero stars if possible. A gift purchased for my wife was supposed to include handcrafted glass birds, but instead, we received flat plastic pieces with bird images. When I contacted the company to address the misleading claims, they were uncooperative about offering a proper refund, instead suggesting a mere $3. My mother paid $26 for what amounts to about $1 worth of plastic. This false advertising is unacceptable, and we plan to escalate the matter to our credit card provider if a full refund isn't issued.
