This was a terrible experience, and I would give zero stars if possible. My mother purchased an advent calendar that claimed to include small handcrafted glass birds. However, what we received had no glass or craftsmanship; the birds were simply flat plastic pieces with printed images. When we contacted the company about this issue, they were unhelpful regarding a refund for the misleading description on their website and only offered $3 back. They charged my mother $26 for items worth maybe $1. I'm very dissatisfied with this false advertising and frustrated that companies can operate this way without consequences. We plan to file a claim with the credit card company if a full refund isn't issued.
