Very responsive customer service. Very helpful. Everything was straight forward and went without a hitch. The only drawback of this service is the extreme cost of shipping. It cost me $90 USD shipping/fees + $30 CAD duties at the border to get a single dress!! If it wasn't for the fact that I REALLY wanted this dress and this was my only way to get it to Canada, it wouldn't have been worth it. But I am very grateful that this service existed, or else I would not have been able to get my dream dress. Thank you, reship!!
