Reship fell a little short of my expectations, but ultimately worked out. I ordered a bunch of bras from my favorite bra place, which was going out of business but also stopped shipping to the US! When the package arrived at Reship, they sent me a photo of the contents, but it wasn’t enough for me to tell if everything had been included. I asked for additional photos—and was charged five dollars for them—showing everything out or a packing slip. They sent me several photos of the bras in a complete jumble, just a chaotic pile, not what I requested. Fine, whatever. I then tried to fill in the customs declaration and I found it very buggy, at least on my phone using safari. I had to reach out to customer service because some fields just weren’t editable for some reason, and when I finally got it finished, the save button was too low, so I kept pulling up the menu bar at the bottom of safari instead of saving. I was able to disable the bar and be on my way, but it didn’t leave me with a great impression. And, when I tried to call customer service, no one answered and the voicemail box was full. The lack of attention to detail with the website, voicemail and the photos made me wonder what else they weren’t paying attention to, but it did ultimately work for me.
