when i signed up they offered me the 10% of after 6 months and a give card after a full 3 months. each month was 30 to 32% higher than what NJNG would have been. NJNG printed this on the bill. So when I canceled i would be with them for a full 3 months and asked for my gift card. the resident ambassador told me that my account wasn't marked for a gift card. ugh I hope people research this company before switching. I didn't and am very upset with myself that I didn't!!!
