I like the product and the company's service to the first responder community, but I've sent several emails with a question regarding my membership and haven't had a response yet. (I tried calling but the number was out of service). In the past, email correspondence occurred within a day or two. I think even responding within a week is not too much to ask. It's now been well over a month. I went ahead and purchased a similar product from another company, though I'd rather stay with Resilience if possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
