Listen, everything that people will be told to not get into a scam such as make payments before something is resolved, upfront payments, "sounds too good to be true", this is basically what happened. What happened to me is they agent you talk to is VERY good. Definitely doesn't sound scammy. They will ask for your SSN, DOB, ACH/payment information and sign approval to start paying, before even providing an outline of what they will be doing. I got an email from someone different than the "payment agreement" is for. Then when pressed, requesting company info, etc., I didn't get a response. Dead. On top of that, I believe these review and the company response indicate review manipulation. The company asked the reviewer to rewrite their review to make it sound less "canned." I reported it and now that review is gone, but I took a screenshot. I don't know if I trust "Trust Pilot" now.
