While we were researching the VIBE, the staff was very helpful and responded to all our email questions quickly and efficiently using language that was easy to understand. We ended up buying three VIBES. Neither my husband nor I wanted to be without one. The third one was for a friend who also has had good results. In addition, we purchased a Blue Vibe. We are over-the-top happy with results we are achieving and use all of them daily. They are so easy to use and their size makes them easy to take along wherever we go.
