Received my Vibe and VaguVibe at home delivered, after buying the product online. Did my first Liberate program on the Vibe last night and I feel good this morning. Going to continue to use them during wellness sessions at my home. A perfect gift or wellness product for your home use, make time for wellness and feel better. I purchased two of the Vibe units within the last 8 months. The first I purchased for my son. After he had used his for a short time I purchased one for myself. Recently my Vibe quit working altogether. I have tried contacting Resona to initiate a repair under warranty. I have contacted them through their website. It has a contact page on which I entered my contact information and then explained my problem and what I was requesting from them.I also found a phone number which I called. There was no one there to actually talk to so my only choice was to leave a voice message.After leaving at least five messages concerning my problem and my need for warranty work I have received zero responses. A year warranty on the product doesn't do anyone any good if the company ignores them when they need help.In my voice message I told them that if I did not receive a response within 24 hours of my last contact, I had to assume that there would be no response. As such I would have to let the internet know of my experience so other people would not have to deal with the lack customer support from their company. Still no response.
I like my Vibe very much and have many at work who have purchased one along with several soldiers so I am a believer! I use mine a lot for sleep, LB pain and some emotions. Working with Mark on issues in the past was very easy and fast!
I use so many of the settings. It has made my aging body bearable on the worst days! I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and have so many symptoms that are unmanageable without this device. IT has helped me have faith in my own healing. I can do this without drugs!
