I get results every time I use it. I have not gotten a cold or the flu this year even though exposure was high. My sleep has improved. My HRV is higher. I could go on and on. It is a regular part of my day and nightly routine. Thank you Resona!!
A more instructive booklet would have been nice. How does it work? Is there red light on it, frequency?I don't understand the alfa, beta, etc brain programs. Wht is the theory?My greatest "complaint"is that there is no ending alert to tell you to pick another program or repeat. A little buzz, ding, or vibration would work
I love the Resona Vibe! I use it to fall asleep quickly without the need for nightly melatonin any more. There are so many effective settings that I use. I even use the anxiety setting for my lab who suffers greatly with shakes during thunderstorms. I set the Vibe, put it on her collar and she is completely relaxed. I’m so glad I found Vibe!
Customer service answered my questions very quickly. I love the product it has worked very well. I want to try the other modes for I have different health issues. I recommend this product the vibe, and the pocket Pemf they do work.
