I went under contract for a 1 bedroom at Westin Lagunamar two days after I contracted with another closing company for a Westin Lagunamar studio. A month after signing the contract with Resort Closings, they didn't realize they needed the seller's signature for the resale. More than 2 weeks after hand delivering the notarized documents to Resort Closings, they still haven't been mailed to Fidelity to complete the transaction. The closing for the studio is almost complete with the other closing company and I'm still waiting for Resort Closings, whose fees are high and efficiency subpar.
