One of the best days of the year when I found Timeshare Specialists (TS) and their sister escrow and closing company, Resort Closings (RC). I found Andrew at TS via an ebay search where I noticed a continuous stream of timeshare sales occurring within a week and a 100% rating @ ebay. I built up the nerve to contact them after Hilton told me they would take 18 months to sell while issuing nonstop warnings about scams. Best decision I ever made. 100% truth and honesty at every turn including incredible clarity on all fees (and who was responsible to pay them) which were identical to what Hilton told me they would be if sold through Hilton. Additionally, they were much faster than they indicated and provided almost immediate responses to my questions along with regular updates. In contrast, Hilton answered questions every 7 days. Took 6 weeks from signing with TS to finished transfer via Resort Closings. Danni at RC was the best ever. So efficient, quick, and CLEARLY knew exactly how the Hilton transfer process worked which allowed her to answer every question with confidence and accuracy. Knowing that my funds and title transfer would be handled through a certified escrow company made the process all that much better. Thank you to the whole team for being so wonderful.
