Terrible warranty experience. These mattress do not last. Never again. Premium price and poor quality.Just to note this is a real customer experience. Suffice it to say that CASTELAN is the company you outsource all your warranty claims to and Crinions furniture meath was where the mattress was bought and warranty issue escalated to. This review is not to help Respabeds as I see other users have had the same experience and nothing but a lackluster reply. This review is intended to help others who may be thinking - respa is a quality brand with a decenty warranty. As a customer this has not been my experience in terms of:1. Quality of the product2.
