Had a very bad experience with Respa customer care. Opened a claim with the retailer for the mattress excessively dipping and the retailer was first told by Respa that they inspected my mattress and it was fine (not true), then that they called me and I didn't answer (not true). It is now almost 2 months since the claim was opened and I'm still waiting. Worst experience customer care ever.Update 27.03.25: Warranty claim denied by Respa. I'm going to buy a new mattress and leave this all Respa experience behind.
