We bought a respa mattress five years ago from their luxury range. The mattress developed problems with the spring coming up through the casing. We took photos and asked Respa to inspect the mattress and as it was under warranty time frame to consider a repair. Respa refused point blank without even looking at the damage being caused by their faulty workmanship claiming the mattress has been soiled. It is true that water had been spilt and part of the mattress which was in the photograph and yes, this was one of the points in their warranty where they can walk away without consideration of their faulty workmanship. Needless to say we will never spend any money on a Respa bed or mattress ever again.
