I ordered the mask and soon realized that the address on the account where the mask was to be delivered was wrong as we recently moved. I immediately notified customer service by email to tell them that I had moved and they told me that there was nothing they could do as I was too later (5 minutes after the order).To date, I still do not have my mask as I have been trying to notify the new owners of our previous home. Just poor customer service and I will probably have to cancel the purchase on my credit card as I will never get the mask.
