My business has been listed on Restaurant Guru and part of the outdated information is copied from Google or Tripadvisor or whatever and even worse is that they give FALSE INFORMATION about for instance food that we don´t serve, never have and never will. The URL has the name "Da Vinci"(former name) in it, together with "Puerto del Carmen" (different city, different island). You cannot get out of it because the Captcha does not function and I suspect that this is on purpose so that they offer the (by law directed) possibility to contact them but they don't have to deal with it. So there we are, dealing with client's expectations that we can't meet because Guru spreads lies. Responding to the reply, 22-11-24:The information, as I stated, is not outdated but simply wrong. Wrong as in doesn't exist and never existed. It is completely made up by you. You didn't even copy it from google or whatever other website. I checked that. I call that untrue and as it is your goal to attract visitors you lie to them. You mentioned types of food we were supposed to be serving but I can tell you with 100% certainty that this was never ever on the menu because we were running the bar already before Guru existed. So you can't say that it is outdated. Another lie from you.You make things up, you are utterly and completely UNRELIABLE.It took us a lot of effort to get out of your listing, and finally we managed. Thank god.And no thank you, I don't need your help as I want to stay as far away from you as posible. I actually think you should be banned from the internet.
