I've had the app for about 18 months however it's only this year I've made the most of it and seen the changes I've seen in my body. This has been done by following the plans and following the nutrition advice that is on the app. The period section I found so useful as now I use this to plan my workouts around my cycle. And the sleep stories are brilliant too! There is so much variety that you can always find something to do and the fact that you can repeat programmes to increase weight, intensity etcBeing part of a community is so uplifting as well and it's a great space to people to share their feelings without any judgement.
