RWL is a great tool for making lifestyle changes

I really enjoy the variety of recipes that you get with RWL. I am able to plan my meals for the whole day and add them to my planner to keep on top of my calorie intake, as well as adding my own ingredients where I need to. The workout bank has lots of styles to choose from, dependent on what you feel like on the day, but I most enjoy the programmes. I love getting a new kettle bell achievement on completion. I haven't had much weight to lose but I have managed to lose a few lbs and maintain this. I have been through surgical menopause and have found weight going on and on and I struggled to control that. RWL has made me see that it is possible. If I follow the habits I have created, I now have control of my weight and lifestyle again. I don't feel like RWL is a diet at all, it is a great tool to help with lifestyle changes, without feeling guilty for treats here and there.
