I purchased the premium package from Resume Mansion, which included a resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and a 2-day turnaround. While I initially received drafts within the promised timeframe, they failed to incorporate my feedback for five days—and when they did respond, they sent me someone else’s resume by mistake. It then took an additional two days to send my revised documents, which were riddled with typos, grammatical errors, incomplete sentences, and failed to reflect the feedback I had provided.I raised my concerns and requested a refund, at which point my project was reassigned to a different writer. While I appreciated their willingness to try again, the issues persisted. The writing remained vague and generic, clearly showing a lack of research into my industry and role, making the documents feel templated and irrelevant. Deadlines were repeatedly missed, and my questions went unanswered.Given the premium price point, I expected a much more polished, personalized, and professional experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Resume Mansion based on my experience.
