I paid for the Management level services. I had a decent resume to start but I wanted an edge.My experience started strong with an engaging conversation with a writer, and I went in hopeful.Unfortunately, the result was disappointing. The resume created looked visually appealing and apparently aligned with ATS (can't validate this). The content wasn't significantly changed from the original, there were various typos and errors (Backlog Management was listed twice beside each other as skills). This was also after a round of their QA. Unfortunately, I had to do significant work to clean up what they sent, and I didn't feel like it was worth the $400-500 dollars it cost at all.Further, after they presented this there was very little follow-up with me to ensure my satisfaction or get feedback. I felt pretty dropped.Maybe this service is better for people that are coming from nothing and need help on their first resume, but I can't recommend it for anyone that is already into their career. Probably you can do better yourself with some help from ChatGPT.
