She did an amazing job on my resume, in fact, I applied for one job with my new updated resume and cover and already got an interview! Thank you Norma! Your writing style and advice worked amazingly! Now, I will say, although Norma is in Canada - it seems like the other teams are elsewhere as I got the edits in the middle of the night (which is fine) but the late edits, plus the time it took for the discovery call made the process longer than the 1-3 day turnaround as stated online. That is the only reason for not giving five stars. But, if you don't need something right away, this shouldn't be an issue as it only took a week or so from purchase to final copy. Long story short, do not hesitate to get this done by Norma or whoever else. Well worth the investment!
