VERY expensive mistake using these guys, the retainers have not held the teeth in place so they have moved considerably. Gutted having spent thousands on having them moved!My advice is go straight to the dentist and get retainers there.They are cheap for a reason!!Just to follow up from there responseI have messaged many times and i have been refused replacement aligners unless i pay in full again so there caring and altristic sounding message is poppycock.It should read please contact our team and we will happily ignore you!!Avoid these money grabbers!!
