They’ve chipped my moulds in 3 different places and these were my original moulds after getting my teeth done 5years ago. No, I have no moulds. Their policy states that moulds may break in the process so you have to sign your waiver (you don’t get to know this till after they’ve send you out the package). Retainers needs trimming down and do not feel tight but loose (Even though you can hear a click when you put them in and out) as they feel like gum shields rather than retainers, my teeth will definitely shift without that support. I asked for a refund twice and they kept Diverting the subject saying my retainers are fine. The retainers are very poor quality and the very thin and they can easily bend. Just stay away from this company not worth the hassle, pay more and use a more reliable company with Excellent customer service!!I have all the email and WhatsUp evidence me asking for a refund, and yet still they interested the sounds and look perfect. My information is not false, I have pictures of my moulds chipped. And when they send you your mail parcel packaging, you sign your name to say the moulds may get chipped in the process.
