I ordered the kit to take impressions myself at home and send these off for new upper and lower retainers. The kit came within a couple of days, was very clear and had adequate spare putty. Quick responses for impression approval on WhatsApp. They had sent me new retainers within 2 days of receiving my impressions.The retainers fit well and the material feels good quality. They sent back my impressions so I would be able to send them off again next time I want new retainers.I was worried about using a digital service for this but I really recommend it for something quicker, more flexible, and cheaper than the dentist!
