Today I made my impressions. I followed the online tutorial . Sent lower impression photos via WhatsApp and received an immediate response to proceed. (10am) I took the upper impression straight after and sent whats app image at 10: 06. Didn't receive a response until 10:25 which said impression was unacceptable. Putty had dried so used the spare putty to make second attempt at upper. Sent images at 10:36. I chased response to impression several times, tried calling and e mailing to no avail. I finally received a response to my second attempt at 11:43 telling me they are not 24/7 and replies can take 2 hours. Still didn't confirm if impression was acceptable. I again asked for verification which they said no it wasn't acceptable. I had no putty to make another mould. It has already hardened in pallet. Now im expected to pay for more putty or waste £150. I'm really disappointed that they do not advertise that the verification photo process can take 2 hours and response isn't immediate so putty may be wasted. 2 hours to verify an image is unacceptable. They should offer customers a time so someone is available as they make their impressions. Why isn't this explained or advertised ? I'm awaiting a response to my e mail
