One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.This is a truly awful product. I have seen more wear on my Retainer Xpress retainer in just a few months than I have on my original retainer that lasted over a decade. They tried to pass this off as normal wear and tear which, anyone who uses a retainer, would know this to be far from the truth.When contacting the company, their customer service is dreadful. I was offered a partial refund, after many emails regarding my complaint, only to be told I had to return the used product (to no end) or destroy it and send proof - so strange and unhelpful. I have had to seek legal advice and I am not going through the small claims court. Despite receiving a letter from my solicitor, they still don't reply unless absolutely badgered with emails.They are breaking so many consumer rights laws which would be inexcusable at best but for the product to be this bad, it's unbelievable.DO NOT PURCHASE BY ANY MEANS.
