I never usually leave reviews but I don’t want anyone else to be fooled by the risk free returns policy they advertise. The first set of retainers I received were too big and they were helpful to organise a returns label to send them back to be made smaller. The second set arrived and are not fit for purpose, they do not fit properly. The issues started when i spoke to customer services about my second pair not fitting and eventually requesting a refund under the risk free guarantee. Customer service isn’t great (rude and unprofessional through WhatsApp) as they request video after video of evidence that the retainers do not fit with slow replies. (There are only so many pictures and videos I can send). They even tried to say my teeth had moved within 10 days as a reason for them not fitting (I wear retainers every night). It is not a risk free guarantee as stated on the website. I have asked for a refund multiple times and was told no, despite it being advertised as risk free. Their website says- Shop should always be without risk, therefore with our RISK-FREE guarantee, if for whatever reason our services don't work for you, all you pay for is for the impression kit. The reply I received when asking for a refund under their risk free guarantee - A refund will only be considered based on the dental team agreeing that there is a genuine issue with the retainer fit.I am now left with retainers I cannot use as they physically do not fit and a refusal for a refund. They will reply and say a case is still open but I am sick of sending the same videos and photos evidence of retainers that clearly do not fit! Please be aware when buying off this company, their guarantee as advertised is not what it seems.
