I ordered the retainers with extra thickness and when they arrived, they did not include all of my teeth, making it uncomfortable to wear and slip off. I told this to them and they refused to refund and have asked for video proof which I provided. They have asked again for proof but I can’t do anymore than what I have and I’m extremely disappointed I couldn’t get a refund as the retainer is useless. I have since gone to a dentist who gave me a retainer with no fuss, please do the same and don’t waste your money like I have!
