I initially had a good experience with this company, ordering a well fitting retainer with easy to use impression kit and fast turnaround time. However, when I ordered a night guard at a later date, it was extremely tight, causing me to bleed. In all fairness, the company allowed me to send it back twice for adjustments but it still very clearly did not fit well and was extremely tight around my molars (painful). I requested a refund which they refused, dodging any responsibility. In fact, in response they blamed the reason for the poor fit on the drifting of my teeth and the bleeding to my poor gum health. I am a dental student and have informed the company the bleeding is due to trauma from the poor fit and that the stock trays were too narrow for my mouth. Again, they chose to blame it on my teeth and gums which I know is not the case. And so I am giving them a 1 star rather than 2.
