Disappointing. It started well with a next day delivery, and the form inside gives you an allocated time slot to send through your moulds with someone on whatsapp for guidance and approval. Mine was 12-2pm and it happened to be delivered at 11am so I was pleased because I needed this done asap. It turns out they actually take days to respond, sometimes with very little information leaving you waiting another 17 hours for another answer. It actually took over 8 days just for a response to confirm my moulds would be approved so I could send them back off. It is so frustrating and also so avoidable.When your retainer breaks, you need another asap so that your teeth don't start moving again. I went for retainer xpress because the name indicates fast service. But it couldn’t be any further from the truth. In terms of the retainers themselves- they’re ok, but not great. My top retainers sort of saddle from front to back and don’t seem to have a permanent position. They don’t feel secure at all so I will need to go to a dentist properly. It’s true what they say - you pay cheap you pay twice!
