Really rude customer service - they make you pay for extra moulds if you don’t do the first and spare correctly (though they’re really tricky to get right), then have to wait for them to be delivered. The person on WhatsApp told me ‘we have many other customers that don’t have any problems’ when I said it was difficult to get right. They arrived eventually and they are loose when they’re on - so I don’t think they’re doing much to hold my teeth in place. They’re hard to get on, but once they’re on, they’re loose around the actual teeth. Next time I’d just go to an actual orthodontist where they’re probably a bit politer and more effective. It took about a week and a half for them to arrive and I hardly wear them because they’re so loose, so don’t do much anyway!
