Bought an ultrasonic cleaner from this company. It started to malfunction after a few months (not switching itself off, running noisily, not cleaning effectively.). Started using it New Year’s Day, now totally broken. As their warranty period is limited to six months, they are not interested in resolving these issues. Don’t waste your money buying this product!UPDATE after reading response: as mentioned in my initial online chat with your customer service team, this was bought as a gift for my daughter. People receiving gifts are often hesitant to tell the person it was from that their gift was actually rubbish, so I wasn’t aware of its poor performance until recently. My daughter has also told me she didn’t start using it in January as her Invisalign treatment was still in progress. She only started using a retainer and the ultrasonic cleaner at the end of March, so things are actually worse than I realised in terms of product life. I reiterate my advice to potential customers: don’t waste your money on this product and, in particular, don’t buy it as a gift for someone unless that person is happy to come back to say “thanks for the rubbish present, which broke within months.”
