The service at retainer xpress has been fantastic. Initially I ordered a pair of retainers, using my own mould. The service was really quick and efficient the standard service only took 2 days. I initially only ordered one pair of retainers as I wasn't to sure what the quality would be like at £110. After their very quick service of getting my retainers and I tried the retainers on they were very good quality and I was keen to order a second pair.When you order initially you get the option of buying two retainers together at a lower price of £155 as I said I only ordered one because I wasn't sure of the quality as this was my first purchase.After picking up the first pair of retainers and trying it on at home I was very happy with the quality. I contacted retainer xpress and asked if they would be ok for me to purchase a second pair at the offer price even though it would be a separate purchase. Retainer xpress got back to me very quickly and they were happy to accommodate even though this was out of the normal ordering process. The customer service has been great they've been very quick and for the second pair, which was a separate order, they had my retainers ready in literally 30 minutes for me to pick up the same day and waiver the fee same day collection fee as kind gesture. All communication was over whatsapp and calls, quick and efficent. Great quality retainers and great service. Thank you
