Excellent customer service. I was able to easily communicate via watts app. I showed them photos of both moulds via watts app and they verified before I sent so no time wasted. Straight to the point. The retainers were for my Son and he says they are excellent quality and far more comfortable than the NHS ones he had. We previously had a bad experience with a different company who took our money and didn’t supply us the retainers! So using this company was a breath of fresh air. The kit that arrived was easy to use. We were over the moon with the results of the retainers and quality.
