Ordered a top retainer, using a mould kit which they sent me. Their communication is pretty unprofessional and I immediately knew this was some sort of setup in a garage in London, as opposed to people who knew what they were doing (ie. Any form of dental training). The retainers have been received and they don’t fit properly, with both sets missing half a tooth at the back of the retainer. I’ll amend my review depending on how they deal with this issue. With regards to their reply - I will certainly change the review when I have two retainers that fit properly. Their use of English isn’t good and feels unprofessional as a customer and the whole thing doesn’t feel like I’m communicating with a legit company - that’s my honest experience. Rather than focus on getting it right, they want to deflect - that too isn’t very professional. My other negative reviews are the result of bad experiences… funnily enough.
