Unfortunately had a bad experience with these guys. Big delay in replies and replies avoided answering direct questions I was asking. In the end they entirely ignored messages from me forcing me to wing it and hope for the best. This resulted in me getting a poor impression of my upper teeth to which they offer no refund or readjustment because the 14 day window had passed - which only passed because I did not receive a response from them to my original question. Definitely better and more reliable options elsewhere
