After reading reviews it looks like they try rip a lot of costumers off. Due to finding my old retainers, I no longer needed to be sent a new pair and requested a refund. They hadn’t sent a new pair out yet anyways as I hadn’t kept my old molds. Since requesting a refund, nearly a month ago, they ignored all my messages, calls, and emails. After going through the bank, they finally sent me my refund. However, they sent 10 pound less than what it should have been. I don’t know why they have to be awkward and waste my time when I need the money. After messaging them and calling them about the 10 pound they’re still ignoring me.Why can you reply to my review and not my messages, I have called numerous times and they have not been answerd! So I’ve left voice messages and still no call back. And £10 for a label which wasn’t needed as I diddnt have the moulds?
