I’ve had an awful experience with this company. And their customer service team just ignore you when you try to seek a resolution. Very unprofessional. They sent me two sets of retainers that did not fit properly, and when I tried to remove them, they caused damage to my gums.I contacted customer service and politely requested a refund, as I didn’t feel comfortable ordering another replacement. Their team asked me to provide videos as evidence, which I sent promptly. Since then, I have been completely ignored for over a month.I’ve received no response, no refund, and no resolution despite multiple follow-ups. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.Do NOT order from this company. It’s not worth risking damage to your teeth and gums, and based on my experience, you won’t receive a refund or a properly fitting replacement if something goes wrong! I am now over £100 down.I will be contacting citizens advice who will hopefully report this to trading standards as I have all of the communications, or lack thereof, documented.
