I have followed Paul O'Mohony for a while now, he seems honest, trustworthy & able to practice what he teaches. I am particularly impressed by the goal / habit setting Planner, of which Paul's impressive weight loss and muscle gain is a testimony to sticking to the plans. I was also impressed with the knowledge and easy presantations of both Sam Druce and Janette White, they made made me want to come back each time I had left the Webinar, well done to both. The sessions have opened my eyes about the need for mentoring and investing in oneself. I am hoping to join the mentoring program soon.
