Worst site I have used yet! Horrible customer service. AVOID THIS SITE!!!Completely incompetent and unethical. I self excluded and asked to close my account. They did so instantly but I still had a balance. This was a month ago. I have messaged them more than a DOZEN TIMES. Asking to withdrawal my balance. I can’t log in so I can’t verify my account and make the withdrawal. Their team for some reason is confused by this. They don’t know why I can’t log in. Hint, ITS BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED. They keep sending me links to reset my password and ask for verification documents that I have sent at least 3 times now. I honestly don’t know if their team is actually this stupid or of this is a ploy to prevent me from withdrawing my balance. Which isn’t even winnings it’s just money I had deposited. Either way, this experience has been incredibly painful. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone!
