I bought a reconditioned Olympus Trip for my son. It arrived beautifully packaged and I was of course tempted to keep it for myself. I thought a soft case we’d paid for had been left out and emailed - got an almost immediate reply from Rowland (on a Sunday morning) apologising and promising another asap - before I found the case in the box. This is a small business run by people who love what they do. I think they do film processing as well and I’ll use them for that. A happy experience.
