I had a very disappointing experience with this company! I ordered an item for next-day delivery, but over a week later, I still hadn't received it. The item was in a locker, but I never received a pick-up pass, so I couldn't retrieve it. I contacted the company immediately, but they were not helpful at all. They didn't reach out to the courier to resolve the issue, and the item was eventually sent back to them because I couldn't pick it up. They informed me that they couldn't send a replacement until they received the original item back, meaning it would be another week before I got it. My messages in the live chat went unanswered for days. I was promised a call back the same day, but no one ever called me. When I raised this concern, the staff member I spoke to was rude and kept interrupting me. His only responses were dismissive, suggesting it wasn't a big deal. Terrible customer service. I won't be ordering from this company again.
