I urge you to read the one-star reviews to understand my experience and many others. This company seems very dubious. They have multiple addresses linked to other businesses with negative reviews. After my purchase, I tried to initiate a return as advertised, but received no replies despite multiple attempts. They charged me an extra fee that wasn't listed on the invoice. I recommend reporting them to your local authorities and pursuing a refund. We need to hold them accountable!
This has been a complete disappointment. I ordered the console at the beginning of December for a birthday gift, and now it’s the end of January with no delivery. I've reached out multiple times with no response. The tracking links are broken. I feel scammed and very frustrated about this situation.
For the price, it's definitely worth it. I was initially concerned about its usage, but my partner and I keep competing over who gets to play! I saw on social media that having two allows for multiplayer, so I think a second one will be our next buy!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I impulsively bought one of these while out one night and regretted it the next day. However, I'm glad I kept my order because I've been having a blast with it! It really brings back memories!
