I’m extremely disappointed with how this company handled a faulty product and their customer service overall.I purchased a games console as a gift, but when my partner opened it and tried to use it, it was immediately clear that the item was faulty. We contacted the company straight away, and initially they appeared helpful, saying they had raised the issue with their technical team and would get back to us shortly.However, after that, we heard nothing for over a month. We had to chase them ourselves just to get an update. When they finally responded, they simply stated that their policy requires defective items to be reported and resolved within 14 days of delivery—completely ignoring the fact that we did report the issue within the timeframe and were waiting on their response the entire time.It feels like a deliberate delay tactic so they can fall back on their policy and avoid taking responsibility. This is not only poor customer service but also incredibly unfair.I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this company, especially if something goes wrong—you may not get the support you expect.
