I ordered 4 shirts begin of July. After 3 weeks I get the notification that DHL delivered my package. That was not the case. Since then it has been a horrible fight with terrible contact with the company to find this package. No urge to help me whatsoever. I have yet to receive the package, or a refund.Dont get me wrong, the initial problem probably lies with DHL, but the fact that they dont respond to contact forms, e-mails etc. is such a bad case of service. Only through insta DM’s I get a reply on my messages, usually days after, with only the comment that they are working on it and that I have to be patient, asking me the same questions over and over. 2 months have gone by now. Horrible experience, I’m afraid I won’t see my money back.
