Ordered 2 items on the 15th July and it is now the 15th August. Nothing. Have sent them an email looking for update. Nothing. Their supposed tracking shows my items haven’t left Shanghai. I’m furious. I purchased through SHOP APP and I’ve sent an email via the app for an update. Zero contact from them. Update. I did email them and requested a full refund . They finally responded to assure me they were in the country. ?! Today is the 26th August of August 2025, I ordered the 15th July. I will be requesting a full refund via visa. Avoid this company at all costs. Says company is in Netherlands. Yet your order is despatched from China. If you like risking not receiving something you’ve purchased, avoid this company at all costs. I was fooled to think they were genuine having seen them on TikTok. Avoid. And to Retro if you read this.Your customer service is terrible too. No acknowledgment from you that I will get a full refund when I asked. Zero satisfaction.
