I ordered something and had a question. I searched for a phone number and the company doesn't provide one. You can communicate via email; however, they say it could take up to 72 hours to respond to an email. Regarding CHAT, it's just a bot, not a human. The CHAT didn't help because they only give a specific number of options. With this being said, if your question is not one of six to choose from, using the CHAT is no help at all. A company that makes it difficult for the customer to contact them during normal business hours speaks volumes about the company.All I had was a simple question regarding a product I received and the fact I can't get an answer that would take five seconds to answer is frustrating to say the least. Service is More Important than Product. They do have very low prices and the products I ordered were decent quality, not super high quality, just average quality. They do ship very fast and was packaged well. If this company had a customer service phone number they would get four stars.
